Who We Are
In April of 2015, the idea of starting a Police Activities League was presented to Tracy Police Department command staff and in August, the project was “green-lighted.” Lt. Kami Ysit and Officer Charles Baker began formulating the Ancillary Position and Cadre which was announced department wide in May of 2016. Greetings and thank you for taking the time to visit our new Tract PAL website! We are excited to be continuing our partnership with the community by serving the needs of Tracy’s youth, and bringing positive activities and mentoring to the youth of our community in a variety of ways. We have a very well-established boxing program, in the past have run a Junior Giants baseball (softball) team, and are expanding into other arenas and sports as well. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to help our community, so please let us know if you have a great idea! Enjoy the website and feel free to reach out to any of the board members!
